    I'd like a hybrid:

    If someone submits a decent ticket with lots of detail and sane description of the problem (so it can be duplicated), and actively helps debug/test the solution with the author, then they get a lap dance... or a cookie... developer's choice.

    But never both - that would be wrong. :p

    Oh, and I bake good cookies.

    Now call me stupid, but I am not sure how to answer. 0 means most important, and 5 means not important at all? Or is it the other way round?
